Are you familiar with using "Styles" in Word? If not, here is a link that will help you:

If I understand you correctly, you want to use three different numbered paragraphs/lines...all of which are aligned to the left. The above link will help you understand the styles and how to use them (i.e., using the styles Heading 1 for the 1st line; Heading 2 for the 2nd line; and, Heading 3 for the 3rd line).
