Default Formatting single sided thesis with indented tables for double sided printing

I need to submit my masters thesis tomorrow. It contains multiple tables, and pie charts, and was completed assuming that it will be printed on one side of the paper only. It now needs to be printed on both sides. The problem: I had indented each page by 2 cms on the left side so as to allow it to be bound (180 pages in all). With the new arrangement, the space needs to be on the right hand side for every second page. Is there any way to achieve this while retaining the formatting of the tables and pie charts, without having to change the settings for each page individually? The novice that I am, it took me the whole day to format the data in the tables to appear correctly after the indentation, with much effort since it got scrambled after the indentation, and I am in no position to do it all over again. I use Word 2007. Thanks for any help you might be able to offer.
