Default Restrict Editing but Allow New Table Rows to be Added

Hi,

Do I need a macro or other fix to allow users to freely add/remove table rows (hopefully that auto-populate with form controls and sequential numbering where they are necessary) WITHOUT having edit access to other cells in my table?

I created a form in a Word Table in which I want front-end users to only be able to edit the cells for which there are form controls. The front-end users are instructed to complete the form and print it, and the rest of the (restricted) cells are to be completed via manual write-in by back-end users in the field. I want the front-end users to be able to freely add, insert, or delete table rows, and it'd be great if any newly added rows already had all of the required form controls and the sequential numbering of the table.

I've tried Restricting Editing to ensure users only enter information in the correct cells, although this does not allow users to add or remove rows.

If anyone knows of a fix, the help is very much appreciated. Thanks!!
