You are providing link of Word 2007 and Raviraj is asking for Word 2013.
The
Keep Source Formatting feature of MS Word would only paste the whole data of Excel into Word as it is in Excel. It will not change the format of data like Raviraj is asking.

I think you have to do it manually after pasting data from Excel into Word.
