Thanks!!! but i won't be looking for specific words.
What i want is to highlight all words that appear more than once in a document. As i said, i have a document with around 100 references. All references have names of people and dates and topics and publication source. What i want to do is highlight all names that are common between references. If i start searching for each individual name, it won't save me time.
Below is an example.
Smith K, Jonathan P, Peters S. a review on MS word. Microsoft journal; 63(2). 1999
Maxwell S, Smith K. a review on MS excel. MS journal; 2(5). 2009
When i enter the above data on a word doc, i want smith K to be highlighted because it appears in two references.
I hope this makes sense..

Many Thanks
NJ
