We use Word (Office 365) to mark and edit students work. A number of writers might do some work on this document and then we check it.

However, if someone else does some work on a document it will leave their ID on things like track changes.

We need a simple way to change this ID to just 'User' instead of the name of the person who has worked on the document. At the moment we do this manually for every document. We either need to change a setting or even have some software written that will do this.

Does anyone know is there a software setting solution for this? OR would I need to have some bespoke software written?

If so can anyone recommend someone?
