Who is the "you" that you mention?

I have to make a initial comment. Things would go MUCH MUCH better if you used Styles, the way Word is supposed to be used. You would have much more control of just about everything you are asking about.

1) use the Heading 1 styles as it is...why do you have character spacing at 110%? ? ? ? ?

3) The easiest way would be an inner table in the cell.
