hi folks

I have 2 cases here

1. I have this PC which was previously used by former (resigned) staff and i am creating my email in the outlook by using my profile ofcourse
then what I want right now is, i want the former staff email to appear on my profile everytime i open up my profile in the outlook. So let's say i open my profile, what appears is as below
- myemail@company.com
- formerStaffEmail@company.com
without having to open up her profile.
I've tried to import through File-Options-Advanced-Export
then I import her .pst file into my profile
But what happened is, I can only import her email until December 2013 while from January-March2014 email was not imported.

Any advise on this issue?

2. Same case as no.1 but for now, the Contacts was not imported properly, meaning there are some contacts are missing when I was trying to import it

any idea on this?
