Outlook invitation shows my entire calendar to recipients
When I cancelled one occurrence of a recurring meeting, Outlook included my entire schedule for the day in the message to the recipients (i.e., doctor appointment, another business appointment). It did the same thing when I forwarded the meeting invitation to new recipients.
The only thing I can figure is that when I first created the invitation for the recurring daily meeting, I accidentally selected "all day." A colleague said he fixed it, but I'm wondering if there's a connection.
