Unhappy Macro toolbar

Hello all

I am hoping to modernise my use of Office, and am moving to 2013 from 2003. One of the essential functions I use is (loads) of macros for different client names and addresses. On 2003, i simply placed all the macros in a toolbar I created. In office 2013, i have managed to transfer all the macros into "normal", but can only access them in the usual way by going into macros and typing in the one I want. This takes much longer than just clicking the macro in the toolbar box I have on the screen. I cannot find a way to create and display a new macro toolbar in 2013. It was so easy in 2003, and I'm sure I just haven't found what to do. Help!
