I am having trouble with word 2002. I typed a doc. when checking for errors, i backspaced to erase/delete the word. as i backspaced, the black print turned to red print with a line struck through the word(s) i had backspaced over. when pointing the arrow over the red word, message says deleted and gives time and date. however, the words ,in red, are still visible. cannot make them disappear from my doc. what can i do
