Scenario 1
Windows XP SP3 which currently has office 2003 installed, i try to upgrade office to 2007 and i get this error and i am unable to install.


Scenario 2
Windows XP SP3 which has just been re-installed with copy of Wndows XP and when trying to install office 2007 i get this error.

please be aware as well that this is the first time i am experiencing such an error.

Scenario 3
Windows 7 32bit SP1, tried to install office 2007 and i get the same error and i am unable to install office.

what are the possibilities that the problem could be my installation package, i am just lost for words as to what could be causing this issue.
