You could save the documents' text as building blocks entries in a template in a custom building blocks gallery. That gallery could be added to your QAT, storing the QAT modification in the template.

If you load the template as a Global Template both the QAT modification and the building blocks would be available. In each of your pages I would put a Content Control or a MacroButton Field Prompt where you insert the code.

Otherwise, you could record a macro when opening each of your documents and put those macros on your QAT.
