If there's a 1:1 relationship and they always only occupy a single line for the purposes of the list, the nearest Word will get you is with a two-column table, containing two Tables of Contents - the TOC in the left column referring to just the st01 and the TOC in the right column referring to st01lsub and the page #.
Of course, your st01 and st01lsub paragraphs will also have to be in different Styles for this to work.
