Best, Ulodesk
Thanks, but that will remove all shapes when printing and it'll only work on my specific computer.
I've got a few shapes I do want to keep during printing and
Also, I want it so that I can print the document elsewhere in this fashion without having to alter the settings of the other computer's MS word.
Can I do this any way?

To see how you can conditionally show or hide content at print time, check out the 'Show or hide instructions & graphics at print time' topic in my Microsoft Word Date Calculation Tutorial, at:

Lol, I just didn't want my post to go at the bottom of the list

And thanks for your suggestion, but I didn't quite understand it.
Here's what I found from where you pointed me towards.
Show or hide instructions & graphics at print time
An alternative to the previous example would be to hide the field whenever the document is printed, but allow it to be restored later. The following field does just that:
Your instructions go here.
To output something at print-time that isn’t ordinarily visible, you could reverse the field logic, thus:
[] – the field code is between the brackets.
Pressing F9 or print preview restores the display. However, since the PRINTDATE field doesn't support seconds, you might have to wait up to a minute before you can restore the display.
I don't understand it.
