Hello-

When viewing a word document in MS Word 2003 in Track Changes mode, I am not able to view the author of any changes/modifications/deletions by hovering my cursor over the modified text.

Ive tried updating my settings, and can view changes made by different authors which are in different colors, but I really need to see the box that appears with the author name, date and change made.

Already sent my laptop to my IT dept and they cant figure it out.....
