Default Using MS Project for Training subtasks

Hi. I am looking to develop a project plan in MS Project 2013. I have done a very quick and dirty version to help.

The interactions and dependencies between the tasks are comparatively straightforward albeit time consuming to complete. The difficulty comes with the delivery of the training task.

There are a couple of factors; the training for Application x takes 1 day being delivered to a maximum of 12 people at a time, whereas the training for Application A and Application B takes 0.5 days each with each part of training being delivered to a maximum of 8 people at a time. As a result, the amount of time needed to deliver will depend on the number of potential users.

Is it possible in MS Project to identify the number of users per section for each application and have the system determine the length of training needed, before it checks to see whether there is any over resourcing issues?

Thanks
