For the "Part" sections, use a TC field. The text within quotation marks determine what the field displays. You can use \L followed by a number (between 1 and 9) to specify a level in the TOC; by default, level 1 is being used. The \n switch omits page numbers. To the TOC field code, add the \f switch.
I'm attaching a simple example where the chapters have been created with the built-in headings and the Parts are added with TC fields. I'm using a custom style called Part Style to format the text added.
To show/hide the TC fields, show/hide hidden text (which you can do by clicking the ¶ button on the Home tab). To show/hide the a large number of other fields, including the TOC field, use Alt+F9.
