Default TOC hyperlinks and bookmarks.

Can anyone show me the way? I have a TOC inserted, 2 levels based on HDG1 and HDG2. They represent Parts and Chapters. So far, it's looking fine, but I have more need if I can do it. I want no page number on HDG1 Part X and -- the big one I think -- I'd like a bookmarked text inserted beside the Part/Chapter. Example: Part 1: the beginning and Chapter 1: it all started here.

All the switch code I can find begins { TOC \b Chapter1 \h \z \u \t ...

My toggled code so far is { HYPERLINK \L "_Toc381364723" That makes sense to me, but doesn't square with all the examples of switches I find around.

How do I use the switches? And can I insert text alongside with a book mark (or am I only able to type it in with a switch)?

Any help is appreciated.
