OK, now I see the Insert Tab in the Outlook message window. If you are doing this from Word directly, normalEmail is not an available storage location. I think I understand what you want to do. I have supplemented the title of your post in the hope that others will have ideas.

There is no simple way in Word to edit a group of building blocks or AutoText entries at the same time. I expect that is even more true in Outlook. AutoText Manager by Chris Devrell might be of help. I don't know. Otherwise, something along the lines of Jay Freedman's AutoTextDumper / AutoTextLoader might work. That would get all of your entries into one document where they can be edited and then reloaded into QuickParts.

This will not be a small undertaking. Jay's utilities are designed only for menu versions of Word. They will not work, as written, with building blocks and multiple galleries. Another place to look is at the Enhanced organizer tools from Greg Maxey.
