No. Recurring tasks do not have a summary bar.
When you assign a task calendar and resources are assigned with different calendars you must check off the "Scheduling ignores resource calendars" to have the task be scheduled only the the task calendar. The weekend calendar has every day as working time from 08:00 to 12:00 . As every day is a working day, the task is not being scheduled just for weekends.
