I'm typing up a legal document and would like to make it easy to type in the name of a business as needed. My goal is to have text boxes located where the business' name will be inserted. Then, I simply type the business name in the first (or any) box in the document, and it appears in all of the other text boxes in the document.

Is this possible? Working with Windows 7 64-bit and Office 2007. Thanks for any help you can offer!
