I created a template with company logo, then below inserted a text box with the address. This is on pages 1 and 3. After the form is completed then it is saved as a word docx and then converted to pdf. On my pc it works fine. On another user the 3rd pg text box moves off the page. I've also tried doing it as insert a table with just one row. It still works fine on mine but it drops down on the other pc. Any suggestions.
