Hi I flog
Well in MS Outlook you can make a rule to reply back specific message to address but however you cannot ask Outlook to auto delete those message although it is possible using macro feature where you need to provide coding and program Outlook in such a way that it replies the spammers and deletes the mail as well. However temporarily I am providing you a solution to make a rule for auto reply to the undisclosed addresses .First, you need to create a message template or the message which you want the receiver to be addressed with.
- Compose a new Outlook message
- In the message body, type whatever information you would like to appear in your automatic reply.
- From the File menu, click Save As
- Enter a name to save your file as
- In the Save as type box click Outlook template
- Click Save
- From the File menu, click Close. When prompted to save, click No.
Now the next step is to create a rule. Which I showed you earlier you just need to follow these changes :
- After clicking on create new rule
- Click Check messages when they arrive and then click Next
- In the Which condition(s) do you want to check list, select the From people or distribution list check box
- In the Rule description list, click the underlined phrase, people or distribution list
- Click OK and then click Next
- Then in the What do you want to do with the message list, select the Reply using a specific template check box
- In the Rule description list, click the underlined phrase, a specific template
- In the Look in drop-down list, click User Templates in File System
- Click the template you previously created, click Open and then click Next
- Select the check box next to any exception that you want and then click Next
- In the Please specify a name for this rule box, type a name for the rule
- Click Finish and then click OK
If you get confused or face any other difficulty revert back

Thanks
