Yes, you can, but not easily. We are talking cut and paste here, not push a button.

You could set up such a calendar where changing the year would change all the dates but it would be work. Look at Microsoft Word Date Calculation Tutorial.

You would need to link certain events by day of week or day of month. I would not be eager to undertake doing this.
