Hi Davo,
To resolve the issue of automatically downloading message bodies follow the steps
• Go to Tools->Options->Security->Change Automatic Download Settings.
• Un-check the option of "Don’t download pictures or other content automatically" in HTML.
If you would like to add the sender to Safe Sender List then the pictures/contents would be automatically downloaded
• Right click on any of the message sent form the sender
• Select the JUNK mail Option
• Select add sender to safe sender list.
