I have a document around 400 pages, Now I want to make 3 kind of indexes for it, for example:

1. Index of the Humans names.
2. Index of the Countries.
3. Index of the Tribes.
and many more

I know how to insert an index, But I don,t know how to insert Multi indexes in a document ???
