Hi norwood,

If the document recipient is not receiving the macro, that indicates that the macro isn't in the document, but in its template. Accordingly, you'd need to copy the macro to the document before saving & sending. The save format would also have to be .doc or .docm, as .docx files cannot contain macros. Alternatively, you could send the template as well - but then the recipient would have to save the template to the templates folder on their system as well and, if it's Word's Normal template, that could wipe out any customisations/macros the recipient already has ...
