Cool How to use an ActiveX Control to insert a multi select listbox in Word

Hello, there,

I have tried to go down the Userform VBA route, but, alas! I'm a novice and I really need to get this done.

I would like to have in my Word document a listbox that is clicked upon by the user. A preset list of sentences comes up in a list. Each with a checkbox next to them on a separate line.

The user checks which sentences he or she would like to use and the listbox is then replaced by the user's selection.

In my template there would be 17 different listboxes, each with an entirely separate set of sentences for the user to choose from.

Can anyone help me out??? I'm stuck

I've attached a sample of two lists that I would like to have turn into listboxes as examples. The user must be able to make MULTIPLE selections. Thanks,

Mark
