Default
Do not work on anything that is on a flashdrive from within Microsoft Word. That is one of the most frequent sources of document corruption.

This means:
  • Do not open something on a flash drive.
  • Do not save something to a flashdrive.
  • Do not print a document that is on a flashdrive.
Never, ever, not even once! At least if you value what you are working on.
