I have to say that is a very very weird way to have paragraphs. That being said, turn on Show\Hide. You will see that the last two lines are real paragraphs - they terminate with a paragraph mark. All the other "lines" are composed of ONE paragraph. If you make the last two lines the same as the other, there you go. But like I said, a weird way to use Word.
