Default problem saving Word doc to Skydrive

I am using MS Office Word 13 and I have a problem to save a document to SkyDrive.

Situation;

A word document is opened. I am logged in to my Microsoft Account (my name is shown in the top right corner of MS Word).

Yet, when I want to save the document to skydrive my name isn't shown below "save as", it just says that "additional information is needed to make use of this service". (see attachment)

Clicking "reparation" doesn't help me either.

Can anyone explain me how to solve this? Many thanks!
