Given that the macros discussed in this thread are designed to cater for variable certificate starting numbers (not page numbers) that may be greater than 100 and for variable certificate counts that may likewise not end at 100 or be 100 more than the starting number, making such a change wouldn't be appropriate.

If all you want is a document with the same content on 100 pages, simply insert all the content into the page header, with a Page x of y field set in either the header or footer, then insert 99 page breaks into the body of the document.
