Hi

Every time I click on a microsoft word document it wont open and instead a box opens up saying preparing to install. Then another box opens up saying, This update package could not be opened. Verify that the update package exists and that you can access it, or contatc the application vendor to verify that this is a valid windows installer update package.
please help me as I have no clue what to do.
