That is generally how I update the programme, with the "start after" date being the update date- so if the update is done on 4 june 2015, all activities started but not completed will recommence on 4 june 2015. The problem is that if I set the recommence date to a months time, ALL activities would recommence then.

Had I thought about it more, I wold have realised that want I wanted was for Project to reschedule tasks based on what I knew would happen, as opposed to what the progrmme showed. I will go with the individual rescheduling as you suggest, and hope that the number of tasks drops
