Hi Pumkin,

Your post suggests you're working with documents, rather than with Word templates. If you save each document as a template (using the 'templates' file type from the Save As dialogue) and store them in the appropriate folder, anytime a user wants a new file, all they need do is to double-click the template or choose it via File|New and what they'll get is a new document based on the template, rather than the template itself. The only way to save such a document is via Save As.
