Is there any way to set Outlook 2013 to NOT READ MAIL when launched? I want to set up some accounts on a new computer using Outlook 2013, but I do not want any mail read until I'm sure they are set up correctly. Usually Outlook just goes out to read mail if it can connect to the mail servers, without giving me the chance to correct my account settings.
