I take it from what you're saying that the System Restore didn't work and its still at a post-11/15/2013 date. Correct? If that is so, I'd suggest a retry, perhaps to an even earlier date. The alternative is to go through all the system updates on and from 11/15/2013, see which one might relate to the issues you're having and, if possible, uninstalling those updates until you find the culprit. Of course, not all updates can be uninstalled ...
