Hi, I cannot open MS Word 2000 anymore (Windows XP). It only opens to a third of the screen and then it crashes.

Before facing this problem I might have downloaded a new program from the web.

MS Excel, PowerPoint, etc. are still working. It's only MS Word 2000.

A new version of Norton 360 couldn't find any virus.

Any idea what to do?
