Default

F2 (default Move Text) is probably as good a key as any.

Right-click on the ribbon tabs and choose Customize the Ribbon.
Click on the button for Keyboard.

In the left window click on the mailings tab.
In the right window select the Envelope Wizard.

Put your mouse pointer in the box for your keyboard assignment and press the F2 key.

OK your way out.
