Ok Stefan. The values fumei gave would be what one would expect for the empty space between paragraphs, 50%. For standard lines the default space is smaller, I would think. But what exactly is the value of leading? Is it 20% of the size of the font. Specifically I'm after the default value for Times New Roman 12pt. I'm certain these values are reported somewhere.
(I need these because I have to make my Latex document as close as possible to a Word document of certain specifications.)
