Default Rookie question: auto-copying fields

I have a WORD-based (Office 2003) form that has fields that are password protected.

I want to be able to enter a value ('Customer Name') into, say, Field1, and have that value automatically entered into another field, say, Field3.

Can someone help this WORK rookie figure out how to do this?
