We are a Engineering Consultancy firm, We deal in Fertilizers, Chemical Plant Design,Plant audit etc. We use MS Outlook to send & recive email.
A Lot of times users have to send across a file ( say an Autocad Drawing of 5MB ) to another user(s) / client and copy mark the bosses or departmental heads. Often its been observed that the departmental heads just needs the intimation of the workflow, they may need the email body but not the attachment, In this process unnecessary disk space is consumed and his/her email inbox is cluttered.
We are looking for a workaround or a solution in MS Outlook itself, which would enable one to send a similar attachment along with the body to selected persons, but out of them not everybody will be send the attachment. some will recieve the full mail along with it's attachments, others only tha mail with body, to cc and attachment information but not the actually attachment.
