Hi! Today I went to PC World (London UK) and I bought a new PC laptop and also I bought Office H&S 2013 with a product key inside (no disc).

I've been onto the Office site to activate and download, entered the product key and hit the install button, all good . . except the button then says . . . installing . . and that's it! nothing happens, and eventually the page times out.


Any suggestions anyone?
