That wont work - Word has the inclination to paste a table within the table, often the rows/columns are not aligned - Done this million times (successfully and unsuccessfully with simple copy/paste) and doesn't need paste special options and these certainly will not overcome the issue i am posting about - I think it's a bug which MPVs tend not to acknowledge (so I dont expect an answer on MS Answers) - Maybe incompatibility between difference versions of Word and the way they handle tables

I think my answer is just create table with few 100 extra rows and just delete un-used rows (with any version of word) after I have finished
