Just saw your 2nd post. I need to digest and try it out.

But are you saying assigning resources will make it work, i.e., 6m x12 hrs for days and 6m x 12 hrs for the night shift.

In out work, night shift work is a continuation of the day shift. The only reason to have two shifts is fatigue, of course.

Therefore, a shift (12hrs) is our unit of measure.
