Hello,
Everytime I open Word XP I get an error message 1605. I have taken advice from the knowledge base and followed the suggested resolution where I have to locate the drive:\ Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\ Microsoft\Word\Startup folder. Problem is my startup folder appeares to be empty so I can't proceed any further. Anybody else come across this or have any ideas?
