Default Removing data between two characters

Hi,

I have a massive spreadsheet, which we use to report on vulnerable PCs and which MS hotfix they are vulnerable to.

In this case i have 17,000 rows with Hostname in column A and missing Hotfix in column B.

I want to condense the information in column B to just display the MS number and remove the description.

Here is an example of the data in Column B:

MS09-065: Vulnerabilities in Windows Kernel-Mode Drivers Could Allow Remote Code Execution - Windows XP SP2/SP3;MS09-067: Vulnerabilities in Microsoft Office Excel Could Allow Remote Code Execution - Compatibility Pack for Word Excel and PowerPoint 2007 SP1/SP2;MS09-067: Vulnerabilities in Microsoft Office Excel Could Allow Remote Code Execution - Office 2003 SP3 (Local/Network Install);MS09-068: Vulnerability in Microsoft Office Word Could Allow Remote Code Execution - Office 2003 SP3 (Local/Network Install);

I would like this cell to display as:

MS09-065; MS09-067; MS09-067; MS09-068

So removing data from between : and ; like so-

MS09-065: Vulnerabilities in Windows Kernel-Mode Drivers Could Allow Remote Code Execution - Windows XP SP2/SP3;MS09-067: Vulnerabilities in Microsoft Office Excel Could Allow Remote Code Execution - Compatibility Pack for Word Excel and PowerPoint 2007 SP1/SP2;

Could you please let me know how i can do this?

Thanks.
