I have to wonder why you'd want to do that, but it's quite easy: simply bookmark the first page, then insert 99 cross-references to the bookmark. From then on, any changes to the first page can be reflected on the others simply by doing a Print Preview or Ctrl-A, F9. For the Print Preview method, make sure Word's 'update fields before printing' option is checked.
Alternatively, cut & paste the content into the page header, then insert 99 page breaks. You can then edit the header from anywhere in the document and the content will immediately update on all pages.
