Default Multiple monitor problem - white bar at top of screen
Office 365, MS Surface Pro + Lenovo LT1421 as 2nd monitor. All drivers updated as at 24/10/2013 - this only happens using PPT!

If I shift my PPT presentation to the second screen, the top 2cm across PPT is white and covers the top of the PPT screen - as I move PPT accross, it only covers the top of PPT, not the whole scaeen. This doesn't happen with any other applications - Outlook, Onenote, Word, Excel or Acrobat

I am completely confused!
